Nobody responds to my journal anymore. =[And it makes me sad.
We had some excitement last night though. Mike got a call from one of his friends last night.. his name is Carl and he is dating a girl that Mike has known his whole life. They have been living in a car for over a month now [:(] They really just wanted a place to take a shower so we told them to come on over. They ended up staying for awhile and we got a pizza together. I told Mike to tell them to come back if they need a place to stay.. I just felt so horrible [:/] I mean, he has a job but they just don't have enough for an apartment yet. Can you imagine sleeping in your car every night? I seriously can't and that makes me sick. But anyway, they did come back and stay with us. Then Mike went and was talking to the maintence guy for the apartment complex, Bob. He told him their situation and he said that they could stay in one of our open apartments for a few days! (This apartment is bad though. The people before TRASHED it, like leaving cans open in the kitchen and stuff. Bob has spent weeks trying to clean it up but it still doesn't have an electricity and its still needs to be cleaned a bit) But then they said that they wanted to live there, they just needed until the end of the week to come up with money. So its all working out.. we get new friends in the complex and they get out of their car! [:D] They did stay on our couch last night though, because they didn't have a mattress or anything. They were actually planning on cleaning our apartment for us today because they felt like they owed us something. I'll live with that though [:P] But yeah, I'm at school right now. I have two more classes and then I get to go home.. but then Mike and I are giving blood at about 6:00. Well, I better go. ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Hey :] I'm at work right now, 7-1.. its not too exciting and I'd much rather be in bed, but whatever. I worked last night too, but it was a dance for 4-7th graders. It was okay, it went really fast. :] Friday, I had to give my speech for my Protest and Public Opinion class. Now, I HATE public speaking. I can call a doctor or insurance company all day long at work, but I cannot get in front of a classroom and present something. I got up there and forget EVERYTHING. And it was supposed to be 5 minutes long and mine was only 3 minutes.. so I got like 10% knocked off right there. =/ And then Mike and I got into a HUGE fight Friday night. This time it was more about him being too busy to talk to me during the day.. and then he came home and slept. So I didn't get to see him and it upset me =/ But we were made completely up by that morning :) Oh yeah, I'm -$74 in my checking account. What happened was we used my debit card to buy a few things from the cornerstore and didn't realized that I didn't have the money in the account, so theres $30. Then I paid for something online without realizing it and theres another $30. Mother fucks. So the bills that we need to pay are : Overdrafts $74 Rent $350 Electric $68 Cable $75 So give or take - $56O. Hm, yeah. And Mike has a job right now but because the homeowner's insurance is paying for it.. and they are "sending the check". And its taking forever and a day to get here. He might go do a few small jobs for people today to get us some more money. Well, I'm gonna go. I'm doing my laundry here because I'm too poor to pay $5 to do it at the apartment (we have a washer and dryer there that takes quarters). . Fighting = not so much fun.Hello, my lovely ladies =]
Monday and yesterday night wasn't so much fun. Monday, Mike and I started to fight about pretty much nothing.. but then he wouldn't talk to me so I slept on the couch. Then we started fighting again in the morning and I ended up telling him I wanted him out of my life. He was gonna stay at his parents house last night but came home and we made up. Its just a stressful time right now for both of us.. we're kind of behind in our bills and stuff keeps getting tighter. Luckily, hes working again =] Plus, I had to get my stupid HPV shot yesterday after class. That wasn't too fun because that shot hurts like a bitch! And it makes me feel yucky for a few days.. which the shot + my period = I feel like I want to die. Mike is taking a quick nap then he has to run to the store and get me some tampons and some dinner. I'm making some fries right now but thats because I'm starving. Plus I want some vinegar :] <3 stupid, stupid..Hey, ladies.
I'm at school, in the computer lab. Waiting for my next class but I am trying to get some work done. I'll probably make this entry then get off the computer. I have to call my gyno and my doctor too.. I had to call them & a dentist to get my wisdom teeth out, but they were closed for lunch =/ I personally think its dumb when office close for lunch. We don't close for lunch at all and we manage just fine. Then again, we aren't as strict as other doctor's offices. I'm so excited though - I don't have to work tonight! I didn't even really get any week nights to work this month =] I do have to work this Friday night, but thats not a big deal.. and then during my fall break, I have to work 1:15-9 but since I don't have school, I don't care =] Well, I had better go. I still have to run out to my car to make my calls because I don't want to be in a very public place when discussing things with the gyno LOL. =] ETA: Oh yeah, I forgot. Mike sliced his finger open down to the bone last night and we had to go to the hospital and get it stiched up :] However, he was working on a roof and I had let him take my car because his truck needs breaks.. but then didn't leave me the keys to the truck =/ So I had to call Holly and Tom and they took me up. Hes okay. 4 stiches and he has to splint it so he doesn't bend it. <3 Nobody wants to go with me =/We were SUPPOSED to go to Darien Lake today because my aunt and uncle gave us some free tickets that had to be used by today.. but Tom's brother is up and is staying with them. And then Mike REALLY wants to finish a roof today so I guess we're going next weekend. I don't know, I was pretty pumped to go. Tom's brother and his family have been there for about a week so we really havn't hung out with them at all.
I worked alllll day yesterday.. from 12-9:30. I did 2 birthday parties and then a teen night. lsdjslk, it sucked a lot. But then I came home and we ordered a pizza and got a few movies. I've been trying to get Knocked Up for DAYYYYS.. but its always out when we go to the video store. =[ Well, I'm watching Amercica's Next Top Model and hopefully gonna do a little school work. I did clean the house a little bit today so that made me happy! =] <3 |
