I'm soo not used to a B being good. =/So, yeah. I got an 85% (which is a B) on my criminology test. At first, I was really horrifed.. but then I forgot that a B in college is really good. I'm just used to have 95%+ average in all of my high school classes. Plus I was kind of pissed because I studied my ass of.
ANYWAY. I'm going out with my parents and grandparents up to Buffalo to take my cousin, Bekki, out for her birthday. I think that she wanted to go to some Italian restaurant, so that would be really nice. I don't think Mike is gonna go, but hes gonna be working. I hatttte fridays. My forensics class gets done at 11:45 and then I have to wait until 2:30 for my early america class. Since its friday, I have no desire to work.. so I try to waste my time on kiwibox =] Plus, I still havn't heard back from Susan about being an advisor again (they have no problem having me.. they just aren't sure if they NEED me), so maybe I'll harass her some more =] Okay, well, I'm gonna go get to some journals and hopefully get a little work done. Haha, yeah right. <3Britannie I LOVE that feeling of accomplishing something.Don't you guys though? If I have stuff to do (whether its homework or something else), I get really stressed out. And then when I get done, its feels so awesome. I just finished my college comp essay and I feel sooo much better.. that and I had to go pee really bad, and I went [:D]
Today is going to be my busy day. I I have two more classes today and then I have to go home and get ready for work.. and I'm working until 9. klsajdsalmdasd.. I HATE working nights. But no one else can do it, so I'm stuck with it. I'm in the commuter computer lab now and I still have some reading and stuff to do. I'll probably just go up to my next class early and read up there. I probably won't get to journals today.. I won't have a lot of work to do when I get home after work, but I'll probably go right to bed. These days drain me! [:(] ETA : i got to journals tonight. yay! i'm at work right now and i got everything done so i had a little time to spare. [;)] oh yeah, and mike got a roof today! which means that after supplies & employees, we'll have an extra $1000 or so. hes also gonna put about $300 right back into my bank account [<3] Hm, not funny?Hello, my lovely ladies.
I noticed some of you took me "dying" as kind of funny. I don't know, I don't think it was THAT funny. I mean, he did think I was over an hour late and then the college said I wasn't in any of my classes.. and then that guy got into an accident with the same kind of car as mine. I don't know, maybe I don't see the humor in my boyfriend thinking I was dead. Not much has been happening.. I have tons of homework and reading that I'm neglecting. I worked last night for a teen night.. and I also worked a birthday party today. They aren't so bad.. pretty easy money. Which we need right now because Mike has still not found any work =/ Holly and Tom got into a pretty bad fight Friday night.. I seriously thought they were going to break up. But then her parents came up from Arizona and his gramma died yesterday morning, so I think things are getting a bit better. Well, I'm doing a few things for school then probably going to bed. Mike thought I was dead =]Oh yeah, wednesday afternoon, I had turned my phone on silent and then went to college comp where we were busy the whole time, so I never checked my cell phone.. Mike had thought that I said I would be home by 3.. and by 4 ish, he started to get worried. He ended up calling the school and telling them that I was not in any of my afternoon classes. That pissed me off, they have no way of knowing that yet, why would they tell him that?
So he starts to drive out here. And he ends up seeing two cops in one of our parking lots so he goes over there and talks to them. They ask what car I drove and then say "well.. a 2001 red pontiac sunfire got into a bad accident today.. the person was DOA". So Mike pretty much freaked out, but then they found out that it was a guy in the car. And then I got out of class and checked my phone. Pretty scary stuff. So, I'm of course in the computer lab, wasting time. Its Friday though :o) Plus, I went to the library earlier and copied an article that I needed for forensics. That took me awhile because the copier is ANCIENT and stupid. Oh. And that criminology test that I had on Thursday, I think I did really good on it! I studied for a long time the night before and it was really easy for me. Mike went and got movies from the video store that night, so he would stay out of my hair :] I won't find out until Tuesday what I got.. but I'll live. Last night, we ended up going over to Holly and Tom's for a few hours. We probably won't see too much of them this weekend, because her parents are going to be up from Arizona =/ I will miss them! lol.. but I'm doing a lot of birthday party and kid-related things at work this weekend so I'll be busy. <3 I am so freaking bored.No joke.
I'm in the computer lab at school again and I just want it to be 2:30 so I can go to class and then go home. There is a few things that I could be doing right now.. but I don't feel like it. I have a lot of work to do tonight though, because I have a pretty big criminology exam tomorrow. But I don't feel like doing it here =/ I was kind of excitied because I got out of my stupid acedemic planning class early.. we had a kid die on campus this past weekend (no idea why or how.. I can't find anything on him so I don't know!), so she let us out early so we could be with friends and stuff. I was starving so I left and went to taco bell =] I even got a parking space when I came back so I was really happy! I'm probably gonna get to journals now, to waste the time. Thats okay, because when I get home, I can get straight to homework. =] There is seriously gonna be a "do not disturb" sign on my bedroom door so Mike won't even come in.. haha. |
