As Isabella walked up the stairway leading to the Deans office she took a good look at the marvelous architecture the school had. It seemed everything had a dark gothic feeling to it. The dark wood walls were creepily welcoming to her. The school seemed so familiar but she was sure that she had never stepped inside it before. The halls were empty; all the students lay inside its classrooms with closed doors. "Isabella? Didn't you hear me? Let's go inside the Deans waiting." She suddenly heard her father say. "Yeah, I'm sorry your right let go inside." She replied and stepped into the office. A middle-aged woman greeted them as Dean Channer. Dean Channer was short, and had long silver hair, she reminded Isabella of an elf. Dean Channer searched for Isabella record and stated that she seemed to have no past problems in her other schools. She invited Isabella to the schools swimming and track teams when she noticed Isabella had participated in both at her other schools. She was very tender and caring and it amazingly graceful. However, when it came to rules Dean Channer suddenly became cold and serious. "We take rules here very seriously. I have no doubt that you will listen to all the rules I give you but be warned that if you ever decide to do something extremely stupid you will no longer be welcomed in my office." She warned, "There are things that rattle my chains and rule breaking is one of them. If you want to be my friend then head this warning." Isabella just nodded. "Very well then lets find someone that will be willing to show you your classes." She grabbed the phone and turned around whispering to the person on the other line. Soon a girl around Isabella age walked in looking a little scared. "You wanted to see me Dean Channer?" She said perturbed. She then noticed Isabella and gave a weak smile. "Yes, Kimberly, I wanted to ask you a small favor. Would you be willing to show our new student around? We wouldn't want her to get lost on her first day at school would we?" "Of course not Dean Channer." Kimberly replied with a small sigh, " I'd be delighted." She walked out and Isabella followed without hesitation. She smiled at the Dean on her way out and hurried after Kimberly. "I'm sorry how rude of me," Kimberly said turning around, "My name is Kimberly Abbot, I'm in year twelve. How about you?" "I'm Isabella Santiago, and I'm in year twelve also. How's life here at Paxton?" She replied trying to keep up the conversation "It's like living in prison, at least you'll be able to go home at night I presume. I have to stay in the dorms because I live too far away from here. Where are you staying?" "My family own the Hope and Faith Mansion down by Salem. We just finished renovating it and moved in." "How cool is that? You could have a major party at that place. Though you must have done a good job renovating it. It was a creepy mess before they started fixing it up. That weird old lady lived in it. She never spoke to anyone. So how were you related?" "She was my great-aunt, although I never met her. We lived in California before we moved to Salem." "How cool is that! Well we'll have to finish our talk later here's your first class. Lets get together at lunch and we'll talk more." Kimberly said opening the door for Isabella. "All right, I'll see you then." She responded with a smile. She walked into her class introduced herself and sat down, ready to start her new class.

A young man in his twenties, tall light brown haired and fit man, his blue eyes filled with worry walks down a dark hallway and reaches towards a door. He opens the door, which leads to the outside world. He walked out of an ancient mansion searching for his parents, it's a weird sight, and the world seems to look dazed, blurry as though it were a memory. Finally the young man stops in the dying garden; it's almost winter and the last leaves fall from the tree. A strange middle-aged man accompanied his parents. The strange man turned to face the young man and a cold feeling rushes through his body. He looks at his parents and notices that they have dead dazed eyes. They start chant, and the man starts to laugh, a cruel sinister laugh. The young man runs to his parents and sees them fall to the floor, while the strange man continues to laugh and suddenly vanishes into thin air. When the young man reaches his parents, you could see the parents as the foam at the mouth the suddenly stop moving. They were dead, the young man tries to revive them, but it was too late. He lets out a cry of agony so loud it could be heard for miles around, and everyone knew that someone had died at the Reverie Walters Estate. The cry travels so far it reaches the dreams of Isabella. The cry brings her back to reality. She wakes up in her strange new bedroom shaking, sweating, and startled. She sighed and grabbed the glass of water next to her bed. The mansion, named the Hope and Faith Estate, now belonged to her parent after an old aunt of her mothers had died and left it as her mother's inheritance. It was the first time she slept in the bedroom in two years. They had come all the way to Salem from San Francisco, only to find that the house was in deep need of renovations. While the mansion was being fixed they had moved into town, she had gone to a local high school, and thought nothing of the old house. But now she was back in her strange bedroom. She was not used to sleeping in such a large room, filled with antique furniture. She lay back down on her bed knowing that she had to rest for the next day; it was the first day of school at Paxton Academy, a prep school for all those who lived in the estates outside of Salem. Her friend Samantha form the public high school had warned her that many of the students would not welcome her, unless she causally mentioned she was living in the Hope and Faith Estate. She was worried of going to a school of rich snobs. She knew that if that were the case then her experience in her new school would be a nightmare. She pushed those thoughts out side and closed her eyes to sleep, praying that no other nightmares would plague her that night. *************************************************************
Nicole opened the door to her daughter's room. She rolled her eyes when she saw her still laying there, obviously not away that she was running late. She walked up to the bed and pulled the covers. "Isabella, wake up! It's late! You're going to be late for your first day at school!" she said with exasperation, "is that the first impression you want to give!" Suddenly Isabella opened her eyes, she was tired at the fact that she had not slept well, the strange dream had plagued her the rest of the night and now she had a splitting headache. She dragged herself out of bed and changed into her new uniform. She walked down stairs to find her mother and father waiting with the smile they gave her whenever she was about to start something they thought she was nervous about. They did this all the time. Even when it was a date, it would creep out many of her dates that would never call her ever again after meeting her parents. She smiled back and said. "Good morning! Why are you staring at me like that? Don't worry, it'll be great! I'm so pumped...I'm actually looking forward to school, it sound like it would look good on my college applications if it said I went to Paxton." Her parents knew that she was not only trying to convince them, but herself as well. They ate their breakfasts quietly contemplating what new experiences their move would bring. Two years ago when the moved to Salem her father had been offered a job as a doctor at a prestigious hospital in Salem, but he had almost turned it down because they couldnt afford to move there. Then out of the blue, like an answered prayer, her mother had received the news that she was now the new owner of her great aunts estate. They all felt that it was too much of a coincidence, but no one wanted to say the weird. "Come on Isabella", her father suddenly said we should get a move on to the dean's office. It's getting late." She grabbed her backpack and shuffled out to her father's car. As she got into the car she took a good look at her new home. The massive house was too big for five people; she wondered how her aunt lived there all by her self. Now at the very least it looked more decent that when they had first seen it two years ago: dark, dirty, and cold. But now it looked like a bright, colorful, and happy colonial mansion. She loved the new look but it still felt like she was living somewhere she didn't belong. For her parents sake though, she would try to adjust her self to her new surroundings. As she pondered about her new life, her two younger brothers jumped into the car slamming the door and startling her. "What are you thinking about?" Her youngest brother Marco asked, Boys! MUAH!" "Your twelve Marco, please act your age." She replied briskly. "He is acting his age!" Kevin, now 15," He can't help it if his immature. Their father rolled his eyes and said nothing of his childrens constant fighting. He started the car and the journey to Paxton Prep started. =)[/smallest][/color]

So many things have happened that have prevented me from doing so. I finally graduated from high school! YAY!GO CLASS OF '06,but before that something bad had to happen. My dad had an accident. He fell off a roof at work and my god that was the scariest day of my life. I think it was two weeks before graduation. I came home from school, my borthers were too, and my mom ws getting home from her grocery shopping. The the phone rang but we were too busy to anwer, so we let the machine take it. It was some lady who said "mrs. santizo your husband Mario had an accident he fell of a roof and hit his head and has lost his memory and ablility to speak in english." That was it. No number to reach him or the hospital they took him too. WE had to wait TWO HOURS for someone to call us. But at least he didnt fracture his head and he's ok. Then about a month ago he went to the hospital again but this time becuase the sugar in his blood was really high. 750. Which is way above normal. Apperantly my dad had diabitese and we didnt know about it. But again my dads a trooper and he managed to put it back to normal. What makes me feel so uptight is the fact that Im starting college in less than a month. Im nervouse because of the change I dont know what to expect. But at least Im staying at home for the first two year. Im going to a CC. Its better for me economically. Anyways thats the story of my life in two paragraphs. Until next time.
