This one is kinda the same idea as the shoe advertisement you had to do earlier. This time, I want you to take ONE picture of a FOOD item. Make it like you're the marketing person and you're trying to SELL me this food item in a magazine or print ad. The food item is up to you but keep in mind all components of good ads (lighting, angle, quality of food, and above all, CREATIVITY!) A slogan or caption is NOT necessary.

Its a sundae with harden chocolate and crushed peanutes. It had started melting before I could get a good picture of it.

Assignement

For this assignment, you need to capture THREE photographs of the SAME OBJECT in a state of melting. First one, the original object. Second one, the object is halfway melted. Third picture, the result once it's all melted. You CAN do the "obvious" ones. Just BE CREATIVE in your photos. I don't want to see 3 plain boring shots

These are pictures of my lava lamp

The "lava" is clumped up at the top, still not warm enough to actually melt.

Here the lava is melting into little balls

The "end" starts all over again, and the ball floats back to the top.

I'm so pissed right now. My camera won't finalize the CD, and the pictures I took last night are on there. UGH. I took this one Thursday, but I had a cool idea last night, and now its not working. I'm going to try to finalize it later

You must take ONE picture of a bottle (your choice. i'm just giving you the object's category). You must TURN OFF your flash on the camera for this one. The picture must only have ONE source of light illuminating the object. REMEMBER! CREATIVITY!

This one was hard. I had another picture in mind, but I couldn't find anyone with a black and white chess board.

I'm not sure if this is my final choice or not. But I'm posting it now incase I don't have time to tomorrow or Saturday.

You need to take ONE picture for this. WITHOUT the use of some special camera option/trick or photoshop program, you must try to take the most "realistic" looking black & white (and grey) picture as you can.

This week's assignment will focus on movement. I want you to take ONE picture that captures motion. I DON'T necessarily want to see just a picture of someone walking. Yes, they're moving, but that's boring.. BE CREATIVE!
