entry 389..... my own little editorial
Hi everyone. I've been a member since april of 2002. and i was a very loyal member up until about a year ago when my life got super busy and i could never get on here. Now, I sign on, only to see that this Kiwibox 3.0 nonsense has taken over. and that EVERYONE that I once talked to on a daily basis has deleted their accounts. Everything that I once liked about kiwibox is GONE. just here one day gone the next. i once had like 10 journals. yup i dont know where those went. would love to know though. and i'm sorry but the oldschool coding was super fun, and some of the girls on here wereincredible at it. i miss you girls. i saw that most of them deleted their accounts. AFTER almost 10 YEARS of being a member! its ridiculous!
Oh yes. this used to be a happening place. where you could meet people from all over because there would be thousands of people on. all the time. damn, the regualars were on ALL DAY... and yes... i was one of those. unfortunately. i'm going to weigh all the changes with how much i value the memories and decide whether or not i'm going to delete this account as well. would be a shame after 8 years. but i clicked the memberships. cause one of my best friends (whom i met on this site back in the day) and i were looking around. and saw... that there are currently 12 members online. thats 10 people besides us. thats a hell of FAIL if you ask me. a crying shame for what was once a hip and happening website. i'm sorry. but, i feel i must log off now, to find something better to do with my time this fine evening. please, if any of the old members are still around, please feel free to comment. :-) -Heartbroken [[ 388 ]] where does the time go?
I hate to say this yet again... but it has been almost a whole year! since i've written... where does the time go? Well quick recap for the few that still check in...
well we bumped the wedding up rather than waiting to be married january 2010 we decided may 2009. We had a small little wedding. we are gonna throw a big party for all of our friends around our 1 year anniversary. but what can i say. we planned the whole wedding in about 2 weeks. and i got everything i wanted! hmm what else... nothing really. just been working too much. another birthday is coming up. and thats about it. starting school in january... looking for a new job... and wishing it was warmer. i dislike the snow, as i have for the last few years lol. but im off to bed...haha do i sound old? [[ 387 ]] Wedding PlanningHey everyone. i hate to only talk about good and wonderful things but this is whats going on in my life, not much else is except this. for the record my myspace is in my last entry.
It's been a productive weekend, from what i can tell. My fiance and i went and looked at wedding bands yesterday and stuff for our reception. And believe it or not we even pushed our wedding up 4-5 months. We decided to go ahead and have the wedding here in our home state and then head to Mexico for the honeymoon (instead of the wedding) we would be having it on a private beach (family owned) i decided on plum/grape/eggplant for my color. I really want purple lillies and possibly and orange accent flowers. now im off to shop for the reception stuff. dress shopping tomorrow and pictures on tuesday :-) [[ 386 ]] more planning & catch upwell it's nice to be back. ive been spending a little more time on here lately cause im trying to plan my wedding and get some advice on stuff. if you want to add your 2 cents please feel free to check out my Questions & Advice post board. So... we are def. looking at the dress store yesterday.... thats right... he was looking at tuxes and actually picked his and his sons tuxes out already :-) ((dont tell....but theyre the same ones i liked lol )) We picked the colors, white tuxes for my boys and black for his friends....and Purple..like a deep dark purple for our color. [:P] i want purple lillies for my flowers.. But yeah i suppose. im going to crawl into bed. got another 10 hours building tomorrow :-( boohoo i cant wait to get another office job. goodness i will be happy! talk to ya'll later!!
