Ethan had what I am pretty sure is an asthma attack last night. He had one in November too around Thanksgiving and I took him to the ER and the dr told me it was a viral infection that caused him an episode. I took him to the ER to get checked out and the same dr who last time said he had a respiratory virus this time says it is croup. Doesn't croup mean your child has barking coughs? Ethan's coughs are dry and wheezy and he did NOT have a coughing spell. Also the dr looks at his body to see if he has a rash and sees his eczema (he has it bad on his arms and legs) and said "Oh kids who have eczema are really predisposed to asthma." YEAH THAT'S WHAT I THINK IT IS, DOUCHEBAG! I hate it when doctors don't listen. I guess we are waiting til Tuesday to go to the regular dr. I'm annoyed.



Ethan's symptoms during the attack last night:
-chest caving with breaths (could see ribs)
-could not speak a sentence
-raspy wheezing/whistling when breathing
-loud, strained, concentrated breaths (I woke up from a dead sleep with a fan on and could hear him approaching my room from the living room and I literally sat up in bed and said "WHO CAN'T BREATHE?" because the sound was so distinct)
-Rob told him to cough to see if anything was trapped in his lungs and he did and it was dry and he could barely cough, couldn't catch breath
-I gave him water and he had to sip it because drinking it would have caused him to choke as he couldn't stop gasping

I found this the other night. It has been a roller coaster since. I will have to update soon.

Niccakolio: so i asked her why she gave me that story
friend: r u kidding me??
Niccakolio: it gets worse
friend: uh oh
Niccakolio: and she said i dunno
Niccakolio: and i said does it mean anything
Niccakolio: she says no
Niccakolio: i go in the other room to get the kids clothes
Niccakolio: and rob reads it
Niccakolio: and gets on my case when i come back in the room
Niccakolio: for "getting down her throat" for it
Niccakolio: he says it is "just a story"
Niccakolio: i said well i thought it was weird and i ask
Niccakolio: and she started yelling at me
Niccakolio: and i said shut up
Niccakolio: and he yells at me not to talk to her like that
friend: r u fucking kidding me!? that is a HORRIBLE story!! you dont promote a child to write something like that!!!
Niccakolio: and i say fine be quiet then
Niccakolio: and she goes on and on about how that's the same as be quiet and that's wrong and she won't do it because she doesn't like it
friend: omg
Niccakolio: and then i was like the reason they disrespect me is because they watch you disrespect me
Niccakolio: and he said oh yeah i am so disrespectful
Niccakolio: and i said yeah you are
friend: that is not ok to write something like that...if she was in school and did that, she would be in a lot of trouble
Niccakolio: and he said fine, fuck you, what do you think about that
friend: omg he is horrible
Niccakolio: i can't even come in a room and ask her about a story without getting hell
Niccakolio: i am so fed up with this
friend: i dont blame you!!!!!! he should have backed you up...regarless....its obvious that story is about you and her saying she wants you to die because she hates you! that is NOT ok!
Niccakolio: every single thing she does that is rude, i am the mean bad guy and she is the perfect little princess

Niccakolio: oh no the only two things she said about the story is they had different names, and the stepmom didn't die
friend: well it was still the same story
friend: it is still about you
Niccakolio: she just wants her dad to go back to sleeping in bed with her, she wants him to be what he is to me, the way somar had it was like the kids were married to them, she misses it and she's mad i took over, she wants to be the only one
Niccakolio: nope, it's not about me, she's perfect, it's just a story
friend: thats gross tho...its like she is in love with her dad
Niccakolio: they obviously care about each other more than he cares about me
Niccakolio: that's pretty clear
Niccakolio: i'm always wrong
friend: ok well if i wrote a story about a 23 year old girl who was married to a 24 year old man and had a 4 year old son, a dog and 2 cats....i mean....hello....its sure starts to sound like me
Niccakolio: every single other person in the entire world sees it the way i do but he will believe anything that comes out of her mouth
friend: like i said...that story was wrong...its threatening
friend: i hate to say this...but have you thought about leaving to show him you mean business?
friend: go stay somewhere for anight or two
friend: brb have to check on dinner
Niccakolio: frankly he probably wouldn't care
Niccakolio: brb have to get the boys ready for bed

for Julian and will set it up tomorrow, we picked them up later at night and didn't have the time. I am glad he will be out of our room LOL He's currently in his Pack n Play still, but it's not set up in the bassinet mode since we moved. So we looked for a crib we wanted and this was it. I found it and told Rob I loved it too much to not get it.
