Good evening. Well, I only need to get a few more things for work and then all my shopping will be done. It is rather nice to be done with that project. What would you know it..just in time to start another one.

Today the director of our department gave me an envelope and told me to put it in my pocket and to not to tell anyone. When I had time to open it I was rather surprised. It was an invite to the Ebony & Ivory Gala. From what I understand only a few from our department were invited to this event. It was really nice of her to invite me because she had her pick of 100's of employees. It is a black tie and event and I can bring a guest. Jennifer is really excited, because in her words "This gives me an excuse to buy something nice and look all pretty". I told her that she always looks beautiful.

Jennifer and I are watching my brothers dog while he is in Vegas with his friend for the weekend.

Before I begin I must start by sharing something I found funny. My supervisor has it in her office. It says, "I didn't hit you..I High Fived your Face."

Sorry for missing out on writing yesterday. I was a little busy. After work Jennifer and I had a little dinner and then decided to go to a movie in the park that they are having. We went and saw The Birds. I don't know if you have seen it, but it is rather entertaining...I had not seen in it a long time. My brother and a few friends all went. It was lots of fun. We had some drinks that we had mixed prior to going to the movie. Braeden this guy that works with brought beers. He drank seven there and I guess he had more later for a total of eleven. He still made it to work on time just a little hungover. Jennifer and I walked to and from because it was only a few blocks. It was a really nice evening.

Anyway..just a quick stop by tonight. Take care!

I missed writing yesterday. Sorry peeps. It was the strangest thing though. I came home from work and I let Hector out to potty. We came back in and I went to lay down in my room. It was a rather warm day and I just wanted to lay there in the cool. I don't even remember falling asleep. It was terrible...I feel asleep with my contacts in and I never locked my door. I woke up this morning around 8:30..good thing I didn't have to work today. I really wish I didn't fall asleep because I was going to clean yesterday and relax today. Now when Im done writing this I'll be doing some cleaning.

Anyone want to come help????

I downloaded some new music, so maybe that will help me get this cleaning done faster.

Stupid Kiwi for messing up my yellow month. I know it doesn't really matter and I'm over it...just annoyed with it being stupid.

By a show of hands who has told you when you were growing up to....Look Both Ways When Crossing the Street.....*raises own hand up* I would have thought everyone would pay attention to these simple words of wisdom. What brings this up you might ask? Apart from people just jumping out of the elevators or anything the same...it also is really annoying when I'm going down a hall way pushing something that doesnt stop really easy and people just walk out without looking. We are all busy and have places to be, but if you dont want to get run over look. I didn't actually hit anyone, but it was really close. Then they have the nerve to say..."Don't you watch where you are going?" Are you kidding me? Do you run a red light and then yell at the person that hits you for going on a green one? Well, yes people do that but where is the logic in that. I also saw a bike just fly through an intersection and almost get hit. Come one people...remember all those things we learned when we were younger. Enough of that little rant I guess.
