.......................................Hello! Yesterday evening, was the Open House for the insurance company (UHG) I'm going to be working for. Well it was such a waste of time! My mom, Belle and I got there about 4:45PM. Early, only because we weren't to sure where the place was at since they're still working out of the local community college here. Supposedly on Monday, the training classes will have access to only though. The rest of the building is still being put together. Whatever. They had a 2 big posters at the Open House. 1 short the layout of what the building will look like once it's completely finished. The other was work in progess of what the building is looking like as contruction is coming along. I met some of the supervisors and other people who are here for a few weeks to help out from Florida and Connecticut. There wasn't chairs or tables to sit at. It was basically a huge empty room with a few tables, but they either had freebies (pens, bandage cases, antibacterial swabs and coupons) and a few others had snacks (chips, dip, veggies, crackers, cheeses, sodas, waters, peanuts and cookies). No one made a speech about anything, it was more like you'd get lucky if you'd talk to a rep. and very few of the CSRs would communicate with each other. What did they expect? We don't know each other. My mom was surprised at how many older people there are. Seriously, most are over 60! There was about 20 who are 20-35 years old. A few 36-59 aged people. They still need to hire tons more people. Supposedly there are going to be 4 training classes starting Monday, but to me there wasn't that many people unless they're going to have small classes. Gonna have to wait and see. I'm not as nervous as I was before, my new worry is not being taught well enough to do the job. Just by what I saw at their Open House, it has me scared. Even my mom said it was really shit how they did it. They've been around for years, they should be more organized and have much more stuff (information) visable around then what they did. We only stayed till about 5:30. It was so boring and there wasn't anything else to do, so we left to go have dinner. *haha*

.......................................Anyway, on Wedneday, I didn't end up going to Butthead's house because he didn't have any work for me to do after all. Today though I will be going on. Doubt he's had much work, but oh well, this will be my offical last day with him, so for that I'm happy. My aunt and him aren't, but oh well. They knew I had to look for a job with more hours and pay. This one just wasn't working out. Not sure if Abby will be helping them out during the summer at least or not. He had made a comment on Monday about her possibly not. But I'm not sure. Oh well, it's stuff they've gotta figure out. I do feel bad because I was getting the hang of it all, but in the big picture it wasn't enough so it had to go.

.......................................This coming Saturday, we're all invited to a college graduation party for a 2nd cousin from my mom's side of the family.We all plan to go, just for the heck of it, so it looks like no chalupa this weekend. Which is okay, it's for the best, the little money I do have, I'd like to save to help get me through till my first pay check. I could dip into our bank account, but I really rather avoid that, you know? Well, I'm gonna end this here. Bye!

Hello. Spent yesterday during the house cleaning it up and washing a few loads of laundry. Boring!

Today, I will be going to Butthead's. Shouldn't be hectic or to stressful, pretty much everything is in order. Just will have to input some invoices if he had any calls from the 1 motor club that has given him a lot of business. I doubt he's done any work for the sheriff dept., if he has, if the owner goes by to pick up the car, will release it, but that's like a long shot. He hardly ever gets work like that. Which isn't such a bad thing. It's more challenging work when he does, tons of forms you have to remember to copy and give. Elena & Robyn will be going with Lily, my mom and I. Robyn is staying the week at Elena's house. She had told her mom she'd be going to help Elena clean the house, but my mom went yesterday and the house was a total mess and all Robyn was doing was watching movies. No surprise. I found out she tells Edna that she helps me out when she stays here... she doesn't! I am livid about it. I am seriously starting to think she has some serious issues. Yes she's been through a lot, but some of the stuff she goes through now, she sort of deserves, sad to say. I don't really want to get into full details because we'll be here all day and night. LOL But even my mom has realized she's been lying and is trying to cry "wolf" basically and not she too doesn't feel so bad for her.

Anyway, enough about that... yesterday evening, Mike and I watched "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!", OMG, I couldn't stop laughing when Spencer and Heidi left near the end of the show. Those two are so spoiled and NOT REALLY STARS! They suck on the Hills. *haha* And if Spencer things he got rid of his sins by being dunked in the water by Stephan Baldwin, he's got a rude awakening. [:P] He should have held him underwater till he passed out. LOL During the day yesterday I watched the season finale of "The Hills". *siiigh* I so am gonna miss seeing LC on it! I plan to catch a few of the new season in the fall just to see what type of drama Kristen will bring to the show, but I don't really like her to much so I doubt I'll follow it for long. Just won't be the same without Lauren.

But oh well... other then that, not to much else going on. Oh yeah, a woman from the insurance company I will be working for called me to confirm my R.S.V.P. on the Open House that's on Thursday. I had to leave a message because no one picked up the phone the 4 times I called. She sounded really excited, I on the other hand am not. LOL What can I say... I'm not a huge people person. I am very shy and quiet at first. Then I won't shut up. LOL My mom and Belle are still gonna go with me, so that'll help me not feel like a total idiot at it, at least. I wish they could go with me on Monday to work! *HA* Well, gonna end this here and go to bed. Bye!

Hello. Just got done typing up a letter to a penpal. I'm lazy to hand-write it. Eeek! I blame it on the rain & cold medication. [:P] Anyway, yesterday was good. Work at Butthead's wasn't so bad. I started to get things ready for whomever takes my place. He went to tell my aunt that I was already getting things ready and she thought it meant I was going to be going the rest of the week by how he said it. He's such a drama queen. *ugh* My mom told me, she was outside with them when he went to tell my aunt. I will be going back on Wednesday. His request. I thought he'd only want me to go in yesterday and Friday since things seem slow, but whatever, better for me. Every little bit I can make this week will help me get through the 2 weeks when I start the new job until my first pay check from them.

Thankfully the certificate that had been given us trouble to get printed went through and all is cleared. I did the pay run check and input 1 invoice that he had. We got to leave by 3 because of the bad weather coming in. When we got back into our hometown, it was down pouring so bad, I could hardly see. Still managed to drop my mom off at her house, then Lily and I went home. Days like these, I'm so glad I have a garage to get into so Lily & I don't get soaked. Last thing I need is to get more sick then I already am.

My brother who is also sick with a cold has lost his voice again. Not good. We think he's going to have to get his tonsils out, sucks that he doesn't have health insurance right now.

Today, I need to catch up on some stuff around the house. I also needed to run a few errands, but if it's raining like it was yesterday (it's predicted to be), I'll just wait till another day. The bills aren't due right away, I just want to pay them ASAP before I get the itch to pinch and spend the money. [;)]

Hi. Monday is among us once again. siiigh I have to go into Butthead's today. It's pay day for him from one of the motor clubs, so I have to go in to check the invoices that have gotten paid this round. I've heard he didnt' get many calls this weekend, so I'm assuming if he even did get 1 or 2 calls, that'll all I will have to submit for the next pay run. I will probably also have to check with about the certificate that we're still having trouble with. siiiigh So glad this is my last week working there! Granted I've learned how to do most of the stuff and was actually getting comfortable doing it... having Butthead as my boss definitely won't be missed! I told y'all that he and my aunt decided not to send my license for working there bad because they are hoping I will go back some day! Insane!!!!! I don't plan on it, even if this job doesn't work out. Edna told me that if I don't like this job or don't make it not to worry she could get me in at her school district as a substitute teacher. Which doesn't sound bad, but I really am going to do my best at this one first. Who knows... maybe this call center won't be as terrible as the previous ones I've worked at. Just gonna have to wait and see. Which reminds me, gotta remember to call in to R.S.V.P. for the Open House on Thursday. Belle and my mom will be going with me.

Yesterday afternoon, I went to my mom's house and then we went to visit Edna and her kids. Elena was there. We had taken some pizza so we all ate and talked for a while. Then I left to go visit Belle for a while at her house. Near 7, I went back to Edna's house to pick up my mom, dropped her off at home, and then came home myself. Mike and Lily were home by then. My dad wasn't. He was still over at his brother's house. Mike and I chatted while I made them some quick tacos to eat for dinner. When my dad got home, we chatted with him for a while.

When we retired for the night to our room, we started to watch 'Drive Me Crazy' that was being shown on tv. I started replying to a letter. When I finished, I came over to the desk, sealed it and then checked things online. Now, I'm gonna end this here and go into the writing room to watch some more tv till my cold medication kicks in. hehe Bye!
