VixenSoul , 22

Yesterday I worked 1-9. It was truck day but most of truck was done by the time I got there. I ended up re-organizing an endcap of Christmas cards because it looked like crap. Was also able to fit three more boxes worth of Christmas cards onto it. After that it was just the usual. I have today & tomorrow off, yay! lol Since we couldn't do any Christmas shopping on Friday with Sean's car getting hit by the deer we're going to do that today instead. I have my shopping for Lorelai almost done, the only other thing I'm buying for her is a kitchen set that has play food & stuff in it for her new play kitchen that we keep in the kitchen. There's not much else other than that. Have a good one!

Sean's car is still driveable thankfully The first thing Sean replaced was something that held some sort of fluid in it. Then we went & picked up a new headlight & he has to pick up the fender on Monday. Eddie is going to help him put the new headlight on today so he won't get a ticket for that. Othar than that the door & the hood have to be replaced but those can wait because those were the least damaged from what the deer hit. Ironically the deer ended up dead on someones lawn & the guy that found it came through the drivethrough at where Sean works & was gloating about getting a free dead deer (apparently the guy was a hunter).

Lorelai's cold is better for the most part. She fell asleep with us in our room last night & seemed very happy when I put her in her bed last night. Sean seems to have a cold now so he took some nyquil last night. My nose is a little stuffed but not too bad. My cousin Kim's son Adam is in the hospital. He had a temperature of 103 & was diagnosed with the H1N1 & pneumonia. They put him on antibiotics & he's starting to feel better & they finally got his temperature under control thankfully. I think they're keeping him in the hospital until Sunday though.

Today I'm working 1-9. Thankfully closing with Deb plus Marge tonight which means I won't have to be on register all that much & I can help out on the floor more. I have tomorrow & Monday off. Monday I have my appointment at the hospital for my glucose test. Sucks but I have to do it! Well I guess that's pretty much it. I'm going to relax with Sean & Lorelai for awhile before I have to get ready for work. Have a good one!

This morning my cell phone started ringing around five am. It was Sean calling to tell me that he got hit by a deer on the way to work. We're going to have to get a new headlight, a new door, a new fender & most likely a new radiator. His brother Eddie stopped by on Sean's break to see if the car is still driveable or not so I don't know anything yet. His shift at work is over at 1:00 so if the car isn't driveable I'm not sure how Sean is getting home. Go figure this has to happen when we had plans to go do Christmas shopping today. It sucks I wish everything would just go right for once. I'll post again later when I know more. For now I'm just going to take care of Lorelai, get some breakfast & do some housework. Thankfully I have today off. Then tomorrow I work 1-9 which Sean has off as well as my parents so I don't have to worry about a ride tomorrow. Then I have Sunday & Monday off. The only place I have to go on Monday is to the hospital to do my glucose test. *sigh*...this just plain sucks.

My poor little Lorelai has a cold poor thing :( She has a runny nose & when she took a nap yesterday her nose sounded stuffed so I gave her some tylenol last night. Right now she's still asleep & I'm going to let her sleep as long as she needs to. She felt so bad yesterday that she was in one of those "I don't want to leave mommy's side for a second" moods. She always wanted me to hold her or she wanted to cuddle with me. I think she fell asleep before 11:00 last night. I'm not exactly sure what time she fell asleep since I fell asleep along with her but I woke up at 11:00 & put her in her crib.

Today I have to work 3-9. Thankfully closing with Deb. Marge is also closing which means she'll be on register which will give me the chance to work on the floor. Then I have tomorrow off :) yay! Hopefully I can get some of what I didn't get done yesterday done today & what I don't get done today I can try to get done tomorrow. I did get a good amount cleaned up in our room plus I started going through some totes of clothes for Lorelai & found a bunch of 3T clothes that look like they can fit her & they're winter clothes which is good because she didn't have a lot of those out so I'm glad I found them.

I'm trying to get all of Lorelai's clothes organized into her dresser in her room first, then I'm going to go through the rest of her outgrown clothes to weed out what will be weather appropriate for Fiona to wear & I'll keep Fiona's clothes in the dresser that's in the hallway. We're going to eventually put Lorelai into my old room & Fiona will go into Lorelai's room that she's in now. At the moment my old room is jammed packed full of stuff that needs to be gone through, I think mostly Brendan's stuff. We still haven't gone through most of it because it feels too hard.  It will be hard no matter when we do it though...it has to be done.

Well I guess that's it. Time for breakfast!

Both Sean & I have the day off today, woohoo! lol I'm not sure what we're doing. We might be hanging out with Melissa later. Lorelai woke up early this morning crying because she wet through a little bit. She's doing fine though. Still no fever or anything bad thankfully. I need to catch up on laundry plus get some paperwork done. I got a couple bills in the mail from some tests they did with my bloodwork. There were almost twenty different tests they did that shouldn't have anything to do with my pregnancy! I don't even know what some of them are! So I'm going to fill out my insurance info & send it to them & if Medicaid won't cover it then I'll have to have a talk with whoever ordered those tests at my OB & figure out some sort of payment plan even though I shouldn't have to pay for them considering I didn't know anything about those tests.

I also need to schedule Lorelai's next well baby visit. I might have to give her some tylenol later. She seems to have a runny nose. I'm not sure if it's from her crying earlier or if because she's starting to get a cold so we'll see. I also want to call & set up an appointment to get Christmas pictures done this month so I can get the pictures before I send people Christmas cards. I have some outfit ideas for Lorelai but I'm just not sure yet,lol. I'm thinking of either a red dress she has that has a few hearts on the bottom of it or I recently bought her a red plaid jumper that I can have her wear a white long sleeved shirt & white tights underneath.

Well I should get laundry started plus get some breakfast. Have a good one! <3Aisling
