As the cold winter months set in, many of us outdoor lovers must find ways to keep in shape and fit while staying inside. The holiday season is typically the time of year when people gain the most weight due to the overeating of holiday food and lack of exercise. Just because you're on winter break does NOT mean that your health goes on break. We all must keep active and in shape during the winter.

One great way to keep fit and stay active is Spinning. Spinning is an exhilarating, exhausting and hard core workout all crammed into a fun 45 minute bike ride. It was created in the late 1980's by fitness trainer Jonathan Goldberg, also known as "Johnny G."
