First appearing about 60 years ago in PEP comics, the original gang of America's teenagers consists of Archie Andrews, redheaded lovable klutz, Betty Cooper, the blonde girl-next-door type, Veronica Lodge, Archie's other love interest, a rich brunette, Reggie Mantle, practical jokester, and Jughead Jones, Archie's skinny friend who eats not for one, not for two, but for about two hundred instead.
