I remember the first time I felt the pain. I was in school and I stood up to give my paper to the teacher. As soon as I stood up, I almost fell over in pain. I decided to tough it out because I had already scheduled an appointment with my doctor the previous night after feeling feverish. When my mom arrived at my school, she came in and helped me walk to the car. The pain was worsening, but I shrugged it off anyway.

I don't think telling people pain medicine is their friend is
right idea here.
If they think they have a cyst, they should go to the doctor, not
just follow a list of things to do that work for you.
Going to a doctor is the 1st thing anyone should reccommend.
