Summer is finally here, and so is the warm weather. The sun is out and you're at an amusement park or beach and you don't have sunscreen? Not good! You know you're going to get burned and now you can find out some ways to help ease some of the pain and suffering from those nasty burn blues.1. Aloe Vera Gel. This is a soothing and healing gel which is available in many different brands. So far, I find Banana Boat to be the best brand of gel. You can also purchase it with menthol if you desire an extra cooling feeling. The aloe vera gel adds moisture and can thus help cool the skin off. The menthol versions pack a little more cooling power, but just the feeling of the gel drying on your skin helps cool the skin off big time!

2. Aspirin or Advil. The anti-inflammatory effect of these two pills helps reduce swelling and the pain, to some
extent pain. After a sunburn, your skin is usually swollen as well as sore, and this swelling is also painful because it is pulling at the already sore skin. By taking an anti-inflammatory, you can relieve some of the swelling, thus relieving some of the pain.
