Nerds Who Rock

It's 'In' to be 'Out'

Nerds far and near have such terrible stigmas--they are asocial spazs, computer whizs and battle wizards. But since computers have become laced into our DNA and our music has taken rigorous turns, a new perspective on the nerd has lately emerged. Nerds have overcome such hardships in their grade school years to finally be recognized and celebrated for what they are, cool.

This is an enlightened day to be alive. Musicians have come together under a banner of their own design. Some of them say "I don't give a damn what you think" and others are thankful to even be heard, let alone embraced. Nerd has new meaning. The requirements has loosened and lengthened. From drunkards to teachers turned musicians and, well...more drunkards. Its time to pay respect to these classic and not so traditional nerd picks.
