I've previously provided dinner and lunch recipes because I am guilty of skipping breakfast on a regular basis. However, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and really should be given more credit than it gets.

All three of these are an awesome Sunday Breakfast/Brunch options. They don't require a lot of prep time and all of these are healthy and energy filled.

Spinach Eggs

Serves: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: (est.) 10 Minutes

Ingredients
1 ounce extra-lean deli smoked ham, chopped. This is about 2 slices depending on how thinly sliced your deli cuts.
1 cup of fresh spinach
3 egg whites
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup fat free shredded Cheddar
2 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half

All of these sound great! I really like the spinach egg idea. I'm
going to have to try that!
delicious*
Those recipies sound delishious. I'd probably have to get someone
to do it for me though, 'cause I can't cook :| Ha.
These all look really yummy. I skip breakfast a lot too, but if
someone cooked these for me I'll definitely change my mind.
those look yummy. I'm glad you gave alternatives to other things.

All sound really delicious.. But another great breakfast idea is
to take the biscuits and put cinniamon sugar on them and bake them
in the oven.. For how ever long the directions call for.. it taste
almost as good a a cinnamon roll.
I'll say the same thing I said to you.. everything looks delish!

And I will definitely try the vanilla steamer tonight haha
Susan specializes in making my mouth water ;)
Mmm, breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day. So good.

And that Vanilla Steamer sounds delicious.
