Coming up with an excuse to not exercise is easy. "I'm busy." "I'll do it later." "I don't have enough time to set aside right now." Even I am guilty of using such excuses from time to time but now more. After graduating college and realizing how much weight I gained during my time there, it's time for me to buckle down and get serious! So I went and spoke with a specialist at the local hospital to try and get me on track. I know what to eat and how to lose the weight, but it's the exercise I totally slack off on, and that's such a key element in losing weight.

So with spring quickly approaching and everyone trying to get in shape for summer, I thought I would share some low-impact, everyday routines I fit in to stay fit.

Note: These are not your hardcore exercises, if you're looking for an exercise routine - this will not provide you with that. This is simply extra little things you can do all day long to incorporate into your daily routine! These are also things that before you start doing, just check with your doctor and make sure your doctor is comfortable with these exercises. Your doctor knows you best!

I know people get too busy to exercise sometime and these are
great ideas. But getting a good 30 cardio workout a couple times a
week is an excellent destresser. It might not seem that good at
first but once the endorphins kick in you'll feel better :)
