
For college coed, spring break is the Las Vegas of academia. What happens on spring break, stays on spring break. Unfortunately that attitude may place many unsuspecting teens and young adults in dangers way.
Every year thousands of people head out of their hometowns off to overfilled beaches with a few friends from school. Girls, sporting their cutest bikini are ready to find the guy of their dreams before returning home to their normal, everyday life, and oftentimes boyfriend. Guys, head out buffed up in their new trunks and shades, anxious to try pickup lines. On spring break, it doesn't matter if you're in the band or head cheerleader, on the soccer team or head of your schools chess team, on spring break you're just looking to have a good time with friends.

After months of media coverage, the story of Natalee Holloway, an 18-year-old girl from Alabama, still remains in many of our thoughts. This young girl vanished after a night of drinking with friends in a nightclub on the island of Aruba. Although this was a high school graduation trip for Natalee, the risks are still the same. Going out and having a good time on spring break does not have to include drinking and putting yourself at risk.
