I. Love. Makeup. I spend obscene amounts of money on adorably packaged cosmetics and could easily move into Sephora and be happy applying new products to my face for the rest of my life. Some may call staring at your face for long periods of time vanity, I call it...no, I guess it's pretty much excessive and narcissistic.

Anyway, I've invested more money in makeup than in my apartment and I love sharing products with friends and discovering new things. In honor of this lovely New York City weather, and the arrival of spring, here are some of my favorite seasonable selections.

Totally unnecessary. Painful. Unhealthy. All you need is some
flavored lipstick, lip gloss or lip balm, and you're good to go,
no matter how tiny your lips are. I can vouch for this because I
have very small lips. And I DON'T want big ones. Ever. I get
PLENTY of compliments on my baby lips.

I'll have to try out the bare minerals stuff but I SWEAR by MAC
and Urban Decay...seriously. The only other thing I use is
Christian Dior Diorshow Mascara which is the best ever!

1) I like Mac too, thought I've never tried their face makeup I
hear its good and their eye shadow is really saturated and
dramatic. agreed! it rules

2) yesss Urban Decay is the best.

3) yeah sharing makeup is gross but I'm gross I think. No
infections yet but its probobly best to play it safe.

4)People say that mineral makeup is good for your face, and its
true because its natural and oil free so it won't clog your pores.
but like anything you should wash it off daily just to be...ya
know clean. Also I read that cheap versions of mineral makeup are
dangerous because they use minerals that arenst finely ground and
abrasive so they can actually cause micro tears in your skin and
irriate it causing redness and enlarged pores, so you have to be
careul which brands you buy. Thats why I like bare minerals best,
but I've also tried L'oreal and had luck with it (cheaper too)

Yeah Cameron doens't look so bad. I just laughed at the picture.
God knows if it was me it'd be way worse!!!

even if its just a little eveyone needs it. its like your own
little get away from al the bad things aboout your self and a
chance for you to think that you are beautiful. and dont let
anyone tell you other.

is the best makeup to use! my sister got it for me for
christmas...not the wallpaper one but another one and its bloody
amazing too use! although i have to admit i am an eye makeup
artist lol

I'm not going to lie.. I've toyed with the idea of using a lip
