The NFL Draft is in New York City on April 28 and 29! Here are some of my predictions and personal opinions for its highly anticipated outcome:
Football is not a spring sport by any means. Most people know that football doesn't come around until September. There is an event that concerns football in the spring, however, and that of course is the NFL rookie draft.
There are a lot of hot ones out there and too little time to talk about them, but the team to watch this years is going to be the Houston Texans. They have finally released David Carr and will probably make a big impression. They did, however get Matt Schaub from the Atlanta Falcons. He was the "under-study" for Michael Vick who really didn't see a whole lot of playing time with Atlanta. The NFL's website is reporting that Matt Schaub will be the new starter instead of them going after a Quarterback in the draft. The Texans have not had a winning season since they came into the league.
