One could only hope for such success, a Grammy award winning pop singer, an actress, a dancer, a songwriter and not to mention a published author; Britney Spears has exploded in your life is some way, whether it be the radio, bookshelf, DVD player, or local news station. Let's face it, her innocent days have long been deceased, but not forgotten. While it's easy to mask her better days with her new shaven head or the rumors of drug abuse, Britney wasn't always so "spontaneous."

The Britney "revolution" started when she was just 17 when she released the hit single, ...Baby One More Time (very few people know that's it's not actually titled, ...Hit Me Baby One More Time). After gaining astronomical popularity, Britney became the new face of the pop phenomenon of the late 1990's. Teens everywhere were singing her songs, reading her books, and trying hopelessly to perfect her dance moves.

To make matters better, in 2001, Pepsi decided to enter in a multi-million dollar promotional contract with Britney, leading her to more fame and more fortune. However, her inevitable downfall soon came. Britney's four-year storybook romance with Justin Timberlake ended, and her new album, I'm A Slave 4 U, was not nearly as successful as her previous releases.

That is a good article.
After everything which has gone on in the last few years only time
will tell what will happen now.
I do actually like some of her music but I hold the belief that
people need to draw the line between being a fan and being too
stalkerish
Too many people cross that line!
What needs to come first is the health and happiness of her and
her children. After that if there is space for more music that is
all good and all, if not then she has a lot of money to live
happily off

this article was well written give and take a couple of pointers.
But u did well. I used to love her. And even tho she's almost like
Madonna in a way, she won't last for too much longer. She's a
disgrace to teenagers who once idolized her baby pop girl image.

Okay. I'll be blunt. I've never cared for the woman. I was kind of
able to get into her first album, but I liked the music more than
I did her. After that things just started going down hill and I
liked her less and less until now I've pretty much given up all
hope that there is ANY hope of being able to qualify her as a
human being.
Honestly the fact that she shaved her head is the least of it to
me. Kudos to anyone who wants to shave their head, for whatever
reason! Celebs do it for movies too. No big deal. I don't think
she's the best mother material, but I do think every child has the
right to be with their mother (if she's a good person) so for her
kids' sake I hope she can at least straighten out her home life
(even if not her proffessional life).
Another thing I have to say, even tho I don't like her I have to
say Kudos to the woman for divorcing Kevin. One thing I learned
from watching my cousin with her kids is that you have to do
what's best for them, and Keven was definately NOT good them! That
was probably the first decent thing she ever did for the kids.
Honestly.

In short..I have little to no hope for Ms. Spears...but I've been
wrong before...

YEa. its really sad. How her life turned out to be.
Britney+Justin=GREAT couple Britney+STUPID federline= TOATAL
disater! I used to love her. Now, everytime I see her pics in a
magazine....theyre always so bad and I shrudder and feel sorry for
her. I will always like her. Im just dissapointed with her
decisions. All i could wish for her is that she statrs getting
lucky and things go better than they are now.....

i knew from the start that marriage to K Fed is going to end up in
a divorce.Like c'mon, that guy is like a 'money-hogger' or
something.

i really really wished that Justin and her would have stayed
together and not split. they make a really good coupl and i agree
with blondie_899. I mean they look good togetehr and complement
each other.

She used to have her head on straight.When she made her first cd
she was really innocent.I think that she thought she would get
more attention if she started dressing and acting slutty.Plus she
was competing against all of these other new celebs like jessica
simpson and christina aguliera.I think her and justin timberlake
should have stayed together they made a really good couple.It all
started doing downhill when she married that loser k-fed.I think
she just got to the breaking point when they got divorced and he
was trying to take away the kids.I just think she is a very
confused women.She did get help and I think is doing better.I just
feel sorry for her.I think she just craves the attention and she
cant stop acting out on her feelings.She isnt perfect but I do
think alot of this she brought on herself.

I may be missing something here but...when did Britney win a
Grammy? Ever? I know she's been nominated, but to my knowledge,
she has NEVER won an actual grammy. Christina, though, she's won
several. But, Britney?! Someone please let me know when she won
the Grammys.

i love Britney! i really liked her when she first came into the
music scene, her ...Baby One More Time video was sooo awesome, i
loved it! I started to lose interest about the time she did the
Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know video. And I don't like any of
the Britney-Madonna stuff. But I always love reading about
Britney--face it, most of us can't help but read it, even if we
don't like Britney! I love all of her songs and dance routines,
too, she's a performer through-and-through, that's for sure! She
has definitely changed since she was a 16 year old pop princess,
but *everyone* changes in some way. I hope she can get her life
back on track!!
