Politics as usual with this Missouri-based quartet.
This New York-based quartet is prepared to rock in '09.
The hard rock quintet gets sinister on "Cinco Diablo."
Sticking to what they do best on their fifth album.

Songs Across America (genre: Music)

Go ahead, admit it: You have a soft spot for songs about your city. Even if the songs may come off broad and stereotypical at times--bright lights, nightlife--having an anthem dedicated to your city is a luxury that most small towns in the world wont receive.

Unless you live in a Steel Mill town or at the base of a Dragon's mountain lair (Smaug-style), don't be disappointed. "Ottoville, Ohio / Stand up!" isn't happening. Ever.

So, city dwellers: The next time you hear a song about your city, be appreciative!

Garth Brooks (my favorite singer) talked about my hometown
(Sanford, FL) in one of his songs. "The Barn" that he talks about
is a country bar and dance hall that's on one of the main streets
in the city :) It's changed owners a billion times :)
