Already a legend, with new release of her upcoming, that will make a whopping nine albums to date. Will Martina continue to wow us all with her new record? I definitely think so. Seeing as she has already had an extremely successful smash hit titled "Anyway" from the highly anticipated new album, Waking Up Laughing, there's no way she is letting her loyal fans down any time soon.

With fifteen years underneath her vocal cords, she continues to challenge herself. Even more impressive, Martina even breathed life into her own material, pitching in for the writings of three songs on the album.

McBride has stuck to her roots with the song material and feel. With inspiring stories of survival of triumph over tragedy, these new eleven tracks really pull on the heart strings and lift up the spirits. Martina seems to really like to stick to real-life situations instead of made up cliches with more insight than ever. Don't get me wrong, her album isn't completely depressing, it's telling the stories of others while getting across positive messages. The songs mix perfectly with the soft and subtle styles of delicate rhythms and uplifting performances by an orchestra. Martina's songs offers hope to the hopeless, rest for the weary, and love for the broken hearted.
