With the charts looking basically the same as last week, outside of an impressive debut from everybody's favorite indie songwriter Bright Eyes (#4 Hot Shot debut with his new album, Cassadega), the charts haven't been shaken up to any noticeable degree. So, in this week's edition of Chart Attack we will take a look at the upcoming albums that are sure to shake things up on Billboard in the near future, Akon (still hovering in the Top 5) be damned.


Bobby Valentino - Special Occasion (May 8)

Fans of R&B crooner Bobby Valentino have waited long and hard for the official release of his hugely-anticipated album, Special Occasion, since late last year. But as reported in the Kiwibox interview with Bobby a few weeks ago, the wait will be well worth it, with the brunt of the album being all-new material.

And if Bobby V's single "Anonymous" is any indication of the album's quality he could be right. Find out for yourself when Special Occasion drops on May 8.
