Stress researchers have proven that people who lead an unhealthy, stressed out lifestyle will have shorter lives than their healthier, more relaxed counterparts. And stress levels-- especially in Americans--are reaching epidemic proportions. Nearly 50% of American suffer adverse health affects due to stress, and up to 90% of doctor's visits are prompted by stress related symptoms.

Here on Kiwibox, we're not doing much better. In a recent poll, 88% of Kiwibox users said they were currently stressed out, and 94% said they were regularly stressed out. So, how do you turn this trend around? The five R's of stress management--rethink, reduce, release, reorganize and relax--are great starting points.
