Homemade Sugar Scrubs

A DIY Guide

Sugar scrubs nourish, exfoliate and moisturize, leaving skin looking and feeling healthier but that sought after smoothness doesn't have to cost a bundle. Companies like Bath and Body Works will charge up to $24 for a good sugar scrub, when in actuality, you can make it yourself for a lot less using items you have lying around the house.

1) cook about half a cup of oatmeal use less water then nomal so
that its really thick.
2) add two egg whites and whip with a whisk
3) add a cup of granulated sugar and mix.
4) lets sit in the freezer for about 20 minutes
5) lather on your face and leave it on for about 15 minutes.
6) wash it all off after the 15 minutes.
7) put some water into a large bowl and add lemon, place a
washcloth in the bowl of water in lemon and put in the microwave
for 3 minutes.
8) take the washcloth out of the bowl and squeeze so that its not
dripping wet.
