A day at the beach should be relaxing and refreshing, but that doesn't mean getting lazy with health and beauty precautions. Proper skin and hair care is vital for girls when we want to keep our gorgeous, fresh-from-the-beach glow without the unnecessary side effects like sunburn and frizzy hair. Here are some simple tips on how to stay beach beautiful.

I agree that sunscreen is sooo oober important, and I always put
on. Although, I tan major easily, even in shade, so sun block
doesn't really block the sun with me. But I'm not complaining ;)
and also, a lot of people ADORE the look of their hair when they
come out of the ocean, and if your actually going into public
after the beach, people will know you went to the beach they won't
actually think that you keep your hair like that... but overall
this article was very well organized ;)
I always have sunblock. ALWAYS. SPF 50 since I burn badly. I
always wear a hat too. My hair is so fine I will actually burn
down the part of my hair if I'm not careful. lol Except I don't
have time for the beach, I'm in the neighborhoods hanging AVON
brochures. lol I still use sunblock, the conditioning sprays on my
hair, and I wear a shirt that covers my shoulders since I burn the
worst on my shoulders. and of course, a hat.
As much as I preach about wearing sun screen and being careful,
especially because of a strange mole i had removed after a bad
sunburn, I still this season have not put sunblock on, and that's
horrible! I've been charcoaled twice, and that's twice too much!
