How to: perfect pedicure

Even the hottest looking shoes can't distract people from ignored, non-pampered feet. In the winter, we tend to ignore our callused heels and chipped toes, because we don't show them off regularly leaving us with a mess come spring time. A flawless pedicure can be done in just a few steps and without spending anywhere between $35-$90. You don't need a fancy chair or even a fancy foot massager to get professional looking results.

I painted my nails again, and had to realize that I still hate the
way nail polish feels on my fingernails. But, I do upkeep my toes
and feet, since I wear lots of sandals, and I'm not prying things
open with my feet like I am with my hands. lol

Avon had a pumice and brush combination a while back that I didn't
care for. It was awkward to hold, and the pumice lost its caliber
very quickly. However, with this order, I got their new foot file
they came out with (one side brush, other side, pumice, and at the
other end, one side a heavy-duty metal file, and the other side, a
finer metal file). It works surprisingly well. It's spifilicious,
you probably haven't seen it because it's very new. It just came
out this campaign. Anyhow, my feet were long overdue for that
sloughing.

I now have my toenails painted with a shade of Color Me Frosted
nail color, in Sugar Berry. It goes on pretty good, since the
glitter isn't in the polish itself, but is added later by
sprinkling it from the cap. People want to know where I got it
from, but they can't get it anymore-- I bought it the Outlet mag
several campaigns ago. And, now I'm finding little sprinkles all
over my chair, where I was painting my toenails. lol

And you just reminded me, I needed to do a touch-up since I
stubbed my middle toe on a table today.

p.s. I'd soak my feet in a foot-tub and not in the regular bathtub
if my dog wouldn't drink from it!
I love this article! The only thing I hate about pedicures is the
toe dividers. I can't stand things in between my toes. My feet are
also very ticklish. I rarely have my toes painted. I had a fungus
infection once from something so since then I dont polish my toe
nails. I agree with meggiesue14 on OPI being the best nail
polish. I use it when I get a manicure.
Good article!
good article, chief ;o) i'm proud to say that i have nicely
pedicured feet year round, i hate when people have chipped polish
- how tacky! OPI definitely makes the best nail polish. and one
of those bubbly foot spas doesnt hurt either!
