How to be safe

One thing that people could always use more information about is sexual health and relationships. It is a part of life that can really affect people. I found four educational websites that that teach how to be safer when it comes to sex and stronger when it comes to relationships.

1.
www.sexualhealth.com

This is a website that is helpful to men and women of all age groups. It has a section that is devoted to just men that provides tips on performing better and more safely. It also has a section that is devoted specifically to women that also gives tips on everything ranging from contraception to orgasms. The website offers information on how to prevent diseases and how to deal with it if you happen to contract one. It discusses the pros and cons of online affairs as well. Two things that make this website different then some others are the videos that you can watch about sexual health and tips on shopping for items designed for protection and for pleasure.

2. www.kidshealth.org/teen/sexual_health/

This website gives you tips on safe sex and exams that every teen needs to know about. It's especially helpful for preteens, teens, and young adults to look over. It shares information on everything you need to know about sex and protecting yourself. It gives you details on every exam you would ever need in your life and why you should get them. It tells you what could happen if you don't use protection. It is honestly like a well organized sex talk that not every teen hears from their parents anymore. Biggest benefit: You'll be spared the conversation that begins, "when a man and a woman are very much in love..."

3. www.webmd.com/sex-relationships/default/html

This website is geared toward adults. It explores information about sex performance more thoroughly. It even talks about how weight can affect your performance and how you can use your weight to perform more effectively. It also discusses how great foreplay can be for your performance. It even has quizzes about what form of protection would be best for you, what kind of sex would fit your personality better, and what kind of partner would work best with you. This website has tips on pregnancy and birth control. It gives you a glossary to look at and frequently asked questions that may help you learn more. It even gives tips for newly weds.

4. www.plannedparenthood.org/sexual-health/sexual-health.htm

This website is good for men, women, and teens. You can use this site to contact an actual doctor about questions that you may have. It also has a glossary to help you learn terms and information on every disease you could possibly contract. This website's best assets are the specifics on planned and unplanned pregnancies. It gives you guidelines on what to do to help make pregnancy easier and how to help that child be healthier.
