Being out of school means a lot more free time and we all know what happens when we have too much free time, snacking. Avoid sabotaging your beach bod this summer by indulging in lower-calorie versions of your favorite summer treats. Slay your self-consciousness and get fit without sacrificing taste. Next time your pals go running for the ice cream truck, stay back, they'll be something much better for your behind waiting in your freezer at home. Check out these tasty and low-calorie options that will satisfy your cravings and your desire to slip into that teeny weenie bikini.

Instead of Lays Original Potato Chips (150 Calories) Try: Lays Original Light Potato Chip (75 cal for 20 chips). Unlike the baked variety, this light version tastes like a potato chip instead of a cardboard box.

Instead of an Ice Cream Sandwich (250 Calories): Try: Skinny Cow sandwiches (140-150 calories). Not only do they taste delicious but unlike traditional ice cream sandwiches they come in chocolate peanut butter, mint and cookies and cream in addition to chocolate and vanilla. Yum.

I have to try the Skinny Cow Sandwiches! I'm not actually a huge
fan of popcorn, rootbeer floats, or even chips, but I will admit
to a weakness for popsicles! My favorites are Nestle Rockets and
the yummy Popsicle cherry pops! If they find a way to cut the
sugar in those...
my sister is majorly into healthy food and she always has a bunch
of snacks around that have sweetner in them instead of sugar, and
they're just gross and I can't eat them. but I got desperate one
night and decided to try some skinny cow sandwiches she had, and
they're so good. they don't taste healthy at all. I still eat
all of hers whenever she gets them :)
