Red-Coloured Foods


Red peppers are an amazing source of vitamins A, B6 and K as well as folic acid, iron and iron. Additionally, consuming red peppers may help lower your risk of cardiovascular disease and may protect against cancer.

Tomatoes provide lots of phytochemicals and vitamin C. Researchers have found that consuming tomatoes on a regular basis may protect your body against heart disease and may prevent cataracts and eye infections.

Cherries, red grapes, cranberries, strawberries and raspberries are some of the red-colored fruits that have been shown to lessen symptoms of depression, help prevent against certain types of cancer, and boost energy.

very fun article :o) i'm so picky that i wouldnt eat 75% of the
things in here, lol, but it was still a good read.
Thanks for writing a healthy article! I really want to start
eating healthier foods and cut down on sweets. Some of these I
never knew all of the information you wrote on them. I like more
on the red and blue colored foods then the white.
