Transformers The Movie

I'll Drive, You Shoot!

Who could forget those super cool robots that could change from cars, planes and other cool technological creatures from the 80's? Yes! I'm talking about the original Transformers. The big summer blockbuster of 2007 that everyone has been talking about is Michael Bay's Transformers.

The movie is very closely based on the 1984 cartoon. It takes place when an intergalactic war goes on between two species of robots from Cybertron; the Autobots and the Decepticons. The Autobots are led by Optimus Prime, while the Decepticons are led by Megatron. War breaks out between the two when the Decepticons want to take over Cybertron. The Autobots hide the Allspark, which is what keeps Cybertron running, on earth so that the Decepticons can't overrule them. When Decepticons find out what they're looking for is on Earth, Earth becomes stuck in between the war.

This was a really great review though! I forgot to add that. I
only know so much because my fiance grew up watching this cartoon
every Saturday morning :)
Captain Witwicky finds Megatron (not the Allspark) who wakes up
briefly and burns the location of the Allspark into the Captain's
glasses. Both the Autobots and the Decepticons find the glasses
on E-Bay, and then find Sam.
I enjoy watching this movie! I'm glad they brought back Peter
Cullen to voice Optimus Prime! Shia LaBeouf was so funny!
this movie totally blew my mind!! better than i expected. way
better. loved it. gotta go see it again!!
this movie was awesome i would like 2 see over and over again and
my fav part was when anthony anderson ate all the donutes and the
police came in and he started screamin SHE DID IT this was
hilarious and it is a have 2 go 2 see movie
Great movie.

it was cool i loved when they were steady havin 2 hide from his
parents. hilarious
Transformers was sooooooooo funny. Bernie MAck and shia played
their part well.
i was as blown away as when i watched 300.. it is definitely
action-packed and never had a dull point.. i dont kno wat else to
say.. AMAZING!!
Awesome action movie. Storyline was sort of sad, but it is still
a super amazing movie!
I thought it was going to be a dud, but it turned out to be pretty
good.

A little cheesy ending though.
i also loved when the transformers were in sam's backyard and kept
having to hide from his parents..haha
i thought it was one of the best movies ive seen.....so much
action, and the visuals were amazing!
My boyfriend and I went to see Transformers at one of the first
showings on the 2nd. I wasn't really excited about seeing it
because it didn't seem like something I'd like. And just like I
thought, I didn't like it. It wasn't horrible, but I didn't
really care for the plot and some of the dialogue was very cheesy.
However, the transformers were really cool. They were the best
part of the movie. Even my boyfriend who has been a longtime fan
of Transformers was pretty disappointed with the film.
i was leery when my bf said he was taking me to see
transformers...

but oh-my-gosh did i love it.
i wanna see it again lol.

those flirting scenes between the 2 main characters= my bf and i
when we started dating lol
i can NOT wait to see this.
I liked it, but it wasn't as good as I heard it was from pretty
much everyone.
i didnt expect to, but i loved this movie!
