If you caught the season finale of Ugly Betty last spring, you may have been confused as to what you were watching. Was it a comedy? A drama? People were getting shot, others were getting pregnant, and Betty was spending an awful lot of time frowning.In case you're just tuning in, the first season of Betty ended with about a billion cliffhangers. Bradford Mead (co-owner of Mode magazine, where Betty works) was about to marry the evil Wilhelmina Slater, forcing himself to move on from his first wife, Claire Meade, who, at the end of the episode ends up escapes jail and sets out to find her family. Still with me? Betty's boyfriend, Henry, confessed his love for her and then had to leave New York with his pregnant ex-girlfriend, and Daniel and Alexis Mead (sibling rivals at Mode) ended up in a bloody car crash. Oh yeah, and Betty's sister's husband was shot in the chest.
