Beat Boredom with Board Games

Have you ever been stuck at home with nothing to do even though your friends are over? Before the internet, cable, and the Wii, there were things called board games. Remember those? Always good old-fashioned multiplayer fun, these classics never lost their touch.

1. Clue

A mystery game that keeps you guessing until they very end. It is a game that requires you to guess what could have happened by naming who you believe did it, in what room, and with what weapon. It's up to your teammates to prove you wrong.

2. Scrabble

A game of words. You make points by spelling out words, and the bigger the word, the more points you receive. Use letters already placed on the board by other players to create your own. You'll bulk up your vocabulary in no time.

3. Checkers

A game for two players only. A process of moving your pieces from one end of the board to the next by taking turns. Jump the other player's pieces to remove them from the board while getting a step closer to being the winner. The last player remaining is the winner.

4. Monopoly

A game that takes patience and mad monetary skills. Use money to buy properties and use the properties to get money from the other players. Buy hotels and houses to put on the land. Take money from other players and become the richest of your group. Be sure to stay out of jail!
