Samsung's SCH-U470, more commonly known as The Juke, has been heavily advertised since its national release date on October 19 by its exclusive carrier, Verizon Wireless. This phone is geared towards teenagers and young adults and comes with all the high tech features the youth of America could ask for. This hip little, swivel phone, with an iPod-like click and scroll wheel features 2GB of built in memory, a VGA (640x480 resolution) camera, GPS, and Bluetooth.
Although it does not support 3G, meaning you can't use VCast on it to download songs or TV shows, you are still able to download Verizon applications such as VZ Navigator, Song ID, and Moviegoer.
What's great about this little phone is that it comes with a data cable that allows you to plug it into your computer and transfer music onto it. Samsung's Juke officially only supports Windows XP/Vista operating systems and only recognizes unprotected mp3,wma, wma pro, aac & aac+ files. However, I was able to get it to work on my Mac with OSX and transfer some Digital Rights Management (DRM) free m4a songs to it.
