The lesser known Hilton, Nicky, born Nicholai Olivia Hilton has made a name for herself outside of the gossip headlines unlike her older sister. This Hilton has made a name for herself in the fashion industry. Although she is living the privileged life, Hilton is no stranger to hard work. She graduated high school from the Convent of the Sacred Heart in New York and attended college at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Parsons School of Design, but didn't finish her fashion degree. Truth is, she didn't need it.
Hilton began her career as a fashion model. She has walked down several runways for huge designers and was a regular model for Heatherette, along with her sister Paris. With a shopper's passion (she has the money) and a discerning eye, Hilton says she always dreamed of having her own fashion line. Hilton eventually discovered Samantha Thavasa (rather Thavasa discovered Hilton) when she was invited to the U.S. launch of the renowned international handbag line. Hilton instantly fell in love with it and soon signed on as a spokes model for the collection. After seeing her designs, Thavasa quickly signed Hilton to design the New York collection.
