Though most of these shows are or were confined to just a few episodes, they should've been confined to an airtight chamber for all of eternity instead.

A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila
We're not quite sure how, but this show has managed to score huge ratings. Perhaps it's the high-octane drama that seems over-the-top even by MTV's standards, or maybe it's just the fact that we're still trying to figure out why exactly Tila Tequila has her own show.

House of Carters
A typical episode of the House of Carters went a little something like this: Aaron throws a massive temper tantrum, older brother Nick tries to set him straight, screaming ensues, and somebody cries for no reason. Reality television at its best.

Mission: Man Band
Sort of like a Supergroup for those who don't appreciate Sebastian Bach, Man Band threw four second-string members of late 90's groups LFO, N'Sync, 98 Degrees, and Color Me Badd in a house together and let nature take its course.

The Pick-Up Artist
A group of desperate, socially inept guys under the tutelage of a man who calls himself Mystery were taught the basics of talking to women. Those who weren't suave enough with their pick-up lines got cut, but they also spared themselves having to hanging out with a man who accessorizes with goggles.

Tommy Lee Goes to College
This show answered the age-old question of whether or not Tommy Lee was good for anything besides drumming and receiving bad tattoos. And just in case you were lucky enough to have missed this show, the answer was a resounding "no."
