Bender's Big Score

Futurama's all-new DVD, reviewed.

After quietly disappearing off of Fox's Sunday night line-up in 2003, Futurama fell into the loving arms of the Cartoon Network. It was here that the show found a home on Adult Swim, nestled in between other not-quite-right for basic cable shows like Aqua Teen Hunger Force, various anime, and former Fox deportee, Family Guy. In fact, Futurama seems to be following the same pattern as Seth McFarlane's brainchild, gaining momentum through reruns and DVD sales. You don't know what you've got 'til it's gone, after all. But thanks to the insatiable appetite of the show's fans, Futurama is making a triumphant return in four feature-length DVDs. The first DVD, Bender's Big Score, is available on November 27th.
