The crime-fighting heroes have returned from the North Pole to cause some trouble once again in their latest episode, "Moai Better Blues", the second episode from season two. The freelance detectives will need our help solving puzzles as they make sarcastic comments, get into trouble, and do their best to mess up the situation.
Now that Santa is back in his rightful place in Hell, Sam and Max have returned home to the chaos of their own block. Within seconds of arriving they find Sybil being chased by a giant triangle (also known as an "a rogue semi-sentient inter-dimensional portal"). After taking care of a few things in town, the team watches as Sybil and Abe are sucked into the portal. Sam and Max make the logical decision to jump into the portal after them, deciding to maybe help their two friends and to see where it leads. The action really begins once we get to the other side of the portal. It takes us to a place known as Easter Island, filled with talking statues and infant versions of famous pilots that went missing that all somehow wound up here, in addition to some Ocean Monkeys. The statues tell the detectives of a prophecy that involves an angry volcano god, a shoeless dog and a big mouth with ears. Surely, this game will have no shortage of laughs along the way.
