In the immortal words of Michael Jackson, "it doesn't matter if you're black or white"...or Asian, Hawaiian or Armenian for that matter. These role-model celeb couples look beyond the color of skin and see their significant others for the great, and might we mention quite attractive, people they are.

David Bowie & Iman

The rocker and the supermodel. Both international stars, these two met in 1990 and married two years later. Hailing originally from Somalia, she was the original "supermodel" and he, from London, was one of America's most beloved musicians of the 1980s. Together they have welcomed their daughter Alexandria Zahra Jones to the world in 2000.

For some reason, I always kind of thought, without really thinking
about it, that David Bowie was gay. I guess I was wrong
Hahahah you have no idea how excited I got when I saw David Bowie
and Iman first. They're so freaking adorable.
Great article :) Everyone needs to read this!
i took a multiracial issues class last summer for my asa major. it
was nice.
My only wish is that there was a closer to equal distribution. The
percentage of Black men marrying out side of their race is far
greater than any other group. Black women are the least. So who do
these Black women marry? They don't. :-(
I like this article. I've never been in a same-race relationship..
kinda impossible since i'm of 16 ethnicities, everything except
Spanish. my boyfriend is Dominican, in 1 month, we will make 1
year.
I am so glad that society can embrace mixed relationships. This is
exactly the kind of article I needed in terms of my lifestyle.
