Most of us can't afford the designer gowns, or have the money to pay for the expensive personal trainer. That's why Fitness magazine asked multiple A-list celebrity trainers to share their tips on how to sculpt sexy abs, legs, shoulders and butt.
To Get Sexy Legs
Harley Pasternak, who trained Halle Berry and Jessica Simpson, suggests doing at least 30 minutes of heart-healthy cardio five times a week like cycling, running, stair climbing. Also sculpting your hamstrings will sexify your legs.
Try lying face up on the floor with your arms at your sides. Have your palms turned down and place your calves on top of a stability ball. Roll the ball toward your body with your heels lifting your hips, all the while keeping your abs engaged. Once your heels are on top of ball, slowly roll back to start, lowering your body to floor. Do 20 reps; 3 sets.
