Mos Def and Jack Black team up with the comedic film, Be Kind Rewind. The movie is about a guy named Jerry (Jack Black) who lives in a rundown town in New Jersey. He works as a junk-yard worker and when he feels like the local Power Plant is causing his headaches, he decides to sabotage the plant. However, his plan takes a turn for the worst, and he somehow ends up magnetizing himself in the process.
Jerry's friend Mike (Mos Def) is watching his boss, Mr. Fletchers' (Danny Glover) VHS video store while he is gone. When Jerry visits Mike after the "sabotage plan" they discover that Jerry has erased all the tapes in the video store.
When a local elderly customer, Miss Falewicz (Mia Farrow) comes in to rent Ghostbusters, Mike tells her they don't have it. So she threatens to tell Mr. Fletcher that Mike's not taking good care of the store if the video is not there by 7pm when she comes back.
