How NOT to be a Terrifying Girlfriend

How do you know if you're in that dangerous territory of going from terrific girlfriend to a mystical monster with five heads and a spiney tail? We have created a list of what qualities all divas should have, but definitely never over do.

Diva Check: Hotness

Divas are always hot. It doesn't matter if you are carrying a Fendi's latest purse or wearing a garbage bag, a girlfriend who dresses for comfort with their own unique style is far more attractive than a girl who follows the latest trends and KNOWS she has to look hot. This is to say you should not turn into a narcissist- if you are more obsessed with your image than with your boyfriend, odds are you are going from diva to snob.

Diva Check: Confidence

Confidence is something that is sexy only when it is carried out with class. However, don't get so carried away as to thinking that you can do no wrong. All tragedies have a hero with a tragic flaw and its usually when their confidence causes them to expect certain things. Think of Julius Caesar--his high and mighty attitude made him think he could do no wrong for Rome and well, we know the end of that story. He let his confidence get carried away. You don't want to be the one left saying "Et tu, Brutus?" Your boyfriend won't want you to either!
