So you've got the perfect swim suit picked out you can't wait to get into the sun. Your skin is itching from sitting at your desk in a classroom all day, and all you want to do is run from the rigid school environment out into the ocean of calm blue bliss! The paling skin from lack of sunshine on your body has almost landed you in the morgue. How can you possibly kill those last few weeks before your break? Easy. Get toned!

While working out a little (nothing strenuous, we promise), you can keep yourself psyched for spring break, as well as begin a healthy routine for yourself.

First, let's figure out what the optimum image is for a healthy beach bod: Kendra Wilkinson, one of Hugh Heffner's main squeezes, has an awesome bikini bod packed with muscle due to all the working she does.
