Magazine and health freaks will always tell you what you SHOULD do in order to stay fit and in shape.
"Do a billion push-ups."
"Eat healthy."
What you are thinking is "Blah-blah-blah. I've heard it all before."
What you may want to know more importantly, is why do you know all the basic methods of leading a healthy life, yet somehow manage to be unable to follow the simple instructions to a healthier you? It is about time that someone was able to tell you what you need to cut out in order to actually give yourself a shot at obtaining, then maintaining an enviable lifestyle of health!
This is where the 7 sins come in! That's correct. You're hearing it here, and it has nothing to do with Sunday school! These sins can apply just about anywhere, and when it comes to exercise and eating right, they are key to keep in mind.
Let's break them down one by one.
1. Sloth
Okay, so this one is no big shocker, and it's clear why it's number one on the list! Being a sloth will not get you healthy. And neither will bragging to everyone that you have three dance classes after school every week, but leave out the fact that you like to go at least 15 minutes late so you can avoid at least half of the work out portion that happens before the actual dancing. When it's time for crunches you keep a close eye on the instructor and every time he turns his back, you take a break.
BAD IDEA!
Stop trying to sneak in breaks in between because it actually only slows down the rewards that come with being so health conscious!
