If you're the kind of kid who loves action, suspense, and conspiracies, then The Rookie: Day 3, a web-series spin-off of 24, will definitely catch your attention.

As you might expect, it does include a rookie officer, Jason Blaine. He and his government team are attempting to nab a notorious Mexican drug lord named Salazar. The rookie waits in the car as his partner, Alton Maxwell goes to an arranged one on one meeting with Salazar. However, to their surprise, Salazar had set them up. Maxwell is taken hostage, and the rookie is not sure what to do. As the plot gets more complex, the team back home learns that someone in the office is leaking information directly to Salazar.

Now, it's up to the rookie, Jason, and his team, headed by the serious but sultry brunette, Kate Wynan, to rescue one of their own, Alton. Simultaneously, they still need to bring down Salazar. The only one who is in the middle of all the action in Mexico is the rookie. The question is if he can handle it and pull through.
