For the mother who can not get enough Eggos...
Waffles
Serves 4

4 Waffles, Belgian-Style
3/4 Cup sugar cubes
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 pint strawberries, ripe
Whipped cream
Before you cook the waffles, crush up the sugar cubes into small chunks (a mallet works best for this) and set aside. Slice the strawberries and place in a bowl to use later. Next, sprinkle your uncooked waffles evenly with the crushed sugar and melted butter. Bake in the oven following the directions on the box. Top with the sliced strawberries and whip cream.
