Fruit Smoothie
Serves 2
2 Cups honeydew melon
1 Cup vanilla yogurt, low-fat
2 Tbsp. apple juice
Ice cubes
Cut the melon up into cubes. Blend the melon, yogurt and apple juice, until you have a smooth mixture. Then, while the blender is still running, add in ice cubes until the smoothie get a little foamy froth on top. Pour into a pretty cup and serve.
