Mini Bagel Platter
Serves One

4 Mini-Bagels
Various Cream Cheeses (herbed, regular, cinnamon raisin, strawberry)
3 Walnuts
1 piece smoked salmon
1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. Grape Jelly
1 Tbsp. Butter

Slice the mini bagels in half and toast until golden brown. Then spread the various condiments on each of the halves. Do one with just regular cream cheese, one with cinnamon raisin (top this with the walnuts), one with herbed cream cheese and a piece of smoked salmon, one with peanut butter and jelly, one with melted butter and one with strawberry. Repeat whichever ones you choose. Toppings are negotiable have fun!
