Silver goes to...
One Fish, Two Fish

Why? Fattier fishes, like Salmon, are a great protection against a variety of health conditions. These fishes contain a GOOD kind of fat called "omega-3 fatty acids." Eating a serving of these fish two to three times a week can protect again "heart disease, stroke, hypertension, depression, joint pain and even arthritis."
How? Taking your mom out to a fun sushi dinner full of salmon is always a good way to bond and be healthy together. Try adding some sardines the next time you make her Caesar salad as well, just remember light on the dressing!
Watch Out For... Eating it too much. Salmon and these fishes are good for you, but too much of even healthy fat can pack on the pounds.
