On the heels of this summer's new Indiana Jones movie, adventurer/archaeologist/fem-fatale Lara Croft has a new mission in the underworld of Xibalba, Mexico. The 8th installment of the series will rely heavily on an environment that reacts to Lara's every move. The old elements of climbing, shooting, and puzzle-solving will still be present, only now they'll often be combined. Melee combat and items with multiple uses add a fun new dimension to gameplay. Lara even switched up her look for the new game, with a costume redesign and more fluid movements thanks to the motion capture element.
